The problem

Your positioning makes sense to you. But does it make sense to your buyer?

Most B2B SaaS positioning starts inside the company: features, differentiators, categories and claims. But your internal strategy isn't how buyers experience your product. They buy based on what they care about, what they fear, and what they need to believe. Your customers have already revealed those things. We find the patterns, decode the psychology behind them, and build your positioning around what buyers actually care about.

01

Buyers don't see themselves

Your positioning describes your product. It doesn't reflect the problems, motivations and language your buyers actually respond to.

02

Sales has to fill the gaps

When your website doesn't address the buyer's real concerns, your sales team has to explain the value from scratch.

03

You sound interchangeable

When positioning starts with internal assumptions, every competitor ends up saying the same things: simple, powerful, flexible, all-in-one.

04

The rebrand didn't fix it

A better-looking website can'rescue positioning that was never grounded in how buyers actually think.

Results

What happens when you position around how buyers actually think.

★★★★★

"Every agency before asked what we wanted our position to be. BuyerSaidIt showed us the position our buyers had already given us. That shift alone took our conversion rate from 1.1% to 3.4%."

Adline · Head of Marketing
★★★★★

"We'd been trying to explain the ROI story for over a year. Turns out our own sponsors had already given us the position — we just weren't listening. Sold out every slot for the first time."

Highered · Head of Partnerships
★★★★★

"Our positioning used to sound like every other 'connect and grow' platform. Now it says exactly what our members told us in the surveys. Engagement doubled."

SMBNorge · Community Lead
★★★★★

"I didn't think a positioning project could feel like customer research. It did. We walked away with a position our whole team could defend, not just a page that might need rewriting in six months."

Founder · B2B SaaS, Series A
★★★★★

"Every previous positioning exercise was our best guess dressed up nicely. This was the first one built around how our buyers actually think — not what we assumed."

Head of Growth · B2B SaaS, Growth stage
Who it's for

Built for SaaS teams who are done guessing.

This is for B2B SaaS companies with:

  • At least 20 customers
  • Existing sales calls, reviews, support conversations or customer research
  • A positioning problem that is starting to cost them growth
  • A need for a clear, defensible position before scaling acquisition

Particularly useful if you're:

  • A founder or marketer who knows the positioning isn't converting but can't see why
  • Preparing to scale and want the position right before investing in paid acquisition
  • Post-rebrand and the messaging still doesn't reflect where the product is today
Not the right fit if:
  • You're pre-product or have fewer than 20 customers
  • You want a copywriter to follow an existing brief — we build the brief
  • You need brand identity, logos or visual design
  • You want an ongoing retainer — the Sprint is a focused 10-day engagement
Pricing

Fix the message before you buy more traffic.

Before you buy more traffic, make sure the traffic you already have understands why they should buy.

FAQs

Before you book

Three deliverables: a Buyer Psychology Map, a Positioning System, and production-ready Homepage Copy — plus a live Strategic Debrief with your team. Everything is yours to keep and extend.

Under 4 hours total across 10 days. You'll provide the existing customer material, join a short kickoff, and review the final work. Everything else — the mining, psychology, positioning and writing — happens on our side, async.

No. We work with what you already have: sales call recordings, reviews, support tickets and customer interviews you've already conducted. If you have at least 20 customers, you have enough material to start.

No, and that's intentional. New interviews take weeks to schedule, and people often answer differently when they're being interviewed. We want the language buyers use naturally — when they're buying, asking for help, describing a problem or leaving a review. That's the language your next buyer is more likely to recognise.

One person to gather your existing customer material and whoever needs to sign off on the final homepage. Most clients need one or two people for under 4 hours total.

A copywriter follows a brief. We build the position the brief comes from. We use buyer psychology to determine what your positioning should say, then turn it into the copy. You leave with a reusable positioning system — not just a rewritten homepage.

Every Sprint includes two rounds of revisions. Because the positioning is grounded in your buyers' own words, the decisions aren't based on our personal preference.
